Louis Poppoon Development & Consulting, Ltd.  has been chosen as developer for the remodeling of the Bear Springs Apartments for the Housing Authority of Bexar County, Texas. It is planned that the 204 unit garden style apartments will be modernized with new energy efficient appliances, as well as other major systems. Financing for the estimated $10,000,000 renovation will be provided by Bellwether Enterprise.
